• Human Resources Policies - creation or revision of codes of conduct, standards of merit-based compensation, working periods, safety, etc;
• Training - Working Environment (moral harassment, workplace safety and medicine, civil liability, etc.) HR routines, role of the supervisor, etc;
• Audits - identification of procedural weak spots in HR practices and/or in labor actions and suggestions for enhancements;
• Contracts - avoiding exposure to risks with the proper regulation of employment contracts, the provision of services, commercial representation, temporary work, confidentiality and intellectual property.

We have, furthermore, in relation to activities of judicial and administrative litigation, a tradition of acting for companies in lawsuits of economic and strategic importance. On top of this, we have an infrastructure that allows us to handle personally and individually each one of our cases, at all instances of the Judiciary and Public Administration, including Regional Labor Courts, the Superior Labor Court and the Federal Supreme Court, especially as we have an office in Brasilia, where the higher courts are located.

Similarly, we have experts in accountancy, workplace engineering and medicine, with separate and specific specialties for each type of suit, plus a large network of correspondent firms, which enables us to handle cases anywhere in the country.

We also rely on a body of employees and service-providers trained and dedicated exclusively to providing support and consistency for information on cases, which is updated daily in a system developed specifically to this end. This organization allows adaptability in our routines and reports; - suiting them to the formats requested by each client, plus agility in response and lower costs.
