In court, we represent debtors in cases of Judicial or Out-of-Court Recovery, pursuant to Law 11,101/2005, from structuring the plea, which may involve due diligence and negotiations with creditors, through to preparation of the Recovery Plan, its approval and implementation.

Out of court, we represent debtors with creditors and provide legal advice and services in corporate or financial restructuring and taxation planning.
