• Overall guidance for our clients on the visas necessary for working in Brazil;
• Assistance concerning all the corporate documentation required to obtain working visas;
• Assistance in the preparation of specific contracts, which may or may not require registration at the National Institute of Industrial Property;
• Assistance to expats and companies in the labor area, with a view to complying with the Brazilian legislation, in both Immigration and Emigration; and
• Assistance to expats with their registration at the Federal Police, and in obtaining the documentation necessary to open bank accounts and work in Brazil.
