Our Litigation group is active in all areas of Civil Law, Commercial, Taxation, Labor Law and Intellectual Property. The works we handle involve legal advice in:

• Drafting complaints, defenses and other petitions necessary in the follow-up of cases in the judicial and administrative spheres;
• Drafting and follow-up of appeals at the State Appellate Courts, Regional Federal Courts, Regional Labor Courts and Higher Courts in Brasilia;
• Drafting and personal distribution of briefs plus oral defense of our clients' interests before judgment sessions;
• Drafting and follow-up of appeals in administrative and tax procedures, before public entities at Lower and Appellate Courts, particularly regulatory agencies (ANVISA (Health), ANTT (Land Transportation), ANAC (Civil Aviation), ANTAQ (Waterborne Transport) and ANEEL (Electric Energy); and
• Revision and assessment of actions and administrative procedures for audit purposes.
