Professional Experience
Renata Gomes has litigation, trial and appellate experience in a variety of commercial and civil law litigation in the different courts of Brazil. Renata serves as litigation counsel for Brazilian and foreign clients in several commercial disputes involving companies of several industries, with special focus on the information technology industry.
Renata’s experience also includes negotiation, drafting and termination of commercial and civil contracts involving Brazilian and foreign companies, with special focus on software licensing and disputes involving agency and/or distribution.
