Professional Experience

Arbitration, litigation, trial and appellate experience in a wide variety of corporate, commercial, administrative and consumer matters. He has served as litigation counsel for a number of foreign and Brazilian business entities in arbitral, federal and state courts throughout the country. Also, he has handled cases which covered a broad range of disputes, which have involved such diverse industries as aviation and telecommunication.

Adelmo has negotiated high profile contracts in several areas, as well as drafted contracts involving software development and licensing, technology transfer, research and development.
