Main activities: (i) participated in several M&A and private equity transactions; (ii) coordinated due diligences for the above type of transactions; (iii) rendered regulatory advice with respect to legal issues relating to securities, arbitration, consumer rights, foreign investment and exchange, corporate governance, health and higher education;(iv) incorporated limited liability companies and corporations, worked on joint venture agreements, associations and other forms of business ventures; and (v) drafted, reviewed and negotiated many types of agreements.

Additional Data: Secondment at BG GNV do Brasil Ltda. [company of British Gas Group (BG)] – core business: natural gas for vehicles. Legal assistance in the main activities of the company, including the preparation and analysis of the relevant agreements and coordination of intellectual property, regulatory, tax and labor areas.
