Professional Experience

Michele Lyra has a wide experience in Litigation and has participated in a variety of relevant disputes of both commercial and corporate nature. Michele has handled cases which covered a broad range of disputes, including consumers’ lawsuits, shareholder derivative suits and patent litigation, and which have involved such diverse industries as banking, energy, and mining.

She has acted in some of the firm’s litigation cases involving antitrust/anticompetitive issues, including cartel cases. Michele has also an extensive experience in Administrative Law, helping clients in administrative or judicial cases related to a variety of regulated sectors.
