Professional Experience
Juliana has general contractual, corporate and banking experience. Juliana has joined Veirano as a trainee, in 2001, and her areas of practice includes general advices in corporate, banking, financing and contractual issues, representing the interests of local and international companies from various industries and sectors.
Juliana has also assisted Veirano’s clients in many merger, acquisitions and restructuring transactions, with expertise in due diligences, drafting sessions and negotiation of the respective agreements. She is also experienced in legal and regulatory aspects related to the foreign investment and loan registrations with the Central Bank of Brazil and other exchange control issues.
As an associate of Veirano, Juliana was seconded to the legal department of Nokia Siemens Networks during 1 (one) year. She was responsible for several corporate matters of said company during that period.
