Experience of more than 11 years in real estate area Law, contracts and civil litigation. Worked in law firms with real estate Law and civil litigation, was a consultant at Projeto Guri - Non Profit Organization related to the State of São Paulo, in counsel of the real estate development company AK Realty in São Paulo and lawyer at the Brazilian National Health Agency.
Legal consultancy on real estate Law and health insurance. Conducting arbitrations and judicial cases related to real estate law and contracts. Real estate due diligences: (i) on mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures; (ii) on international and national financing operations and (iii) acquisition of urban and rural properties and forests. Analysis of real estate documentation, preparation and review of leases of urban and rural properties, mortgage, chattel mortgage, construction and management agreements, administrative and judicial rectification of properties; legal structuring of residential and commercial projects; regularization of hotels, draft of the documents related to malls, build-to-suit agreements and structuring of real estate investment trusts.
