Professional Experience

Bruno Oliveira Maggi has acted before the Brazilian Antitrust Authorities to notify and challenge Concentration Acts, to defend companies and people in Administrative Processes, (acting in several cartel cases in a wide range segments of the economy), to develop complaints against violations of the Antitrust Legislation, and development of petitions, studies and opinions on several competition matters.

Bruno also focuses his work in antitrust and anticorruption compliance programs for companies interested in training its directors and employees.

As the focus of his work also includes the area of administrative law, Bruno served in several bidding processes, preparing defenses, challenges and responding to queries for companies involved in such processes. Also conducted studies involving the sale of public assets and directing procedures to be followed by regular customers for the acquisition, especially of real estate.

Bruno also works with private law, preparing corporate by-laws and articles of association, documents of various species, as well as the coordination of due diligence processes for medium and large companies in M&A projects.

Bruno was Legal Technical of the Brazilian Federal Court of 3rd Region from June 2005 to August 2006.
