Professional Experience
Rogério has general contractual and corporate experience, also assisting a number of energy and infrastructure companies in Brazil and abroad. Rogerio has joined Veirano on 2011, and his areas of practice include general advices in corporate and contractual issues, representing the interests of local and international companies from various industries and sectors, including in the oil & gas industry.
Rogério has also assisted Clients in many mergers, acquisitions and restructuring transactions, with expertise in due diligences, drafting sessions and negotiation of the respective agreements. He is also experienced in legal aspects related to the defense and security industry, assisting foreign companies in negotiating contracts with the Brazilian Armed Forces. Rogério also joins the team that works with Maritime Law.
Rogério has assisted many of his Clients in the revision of documents for Petrobras bids, drafting requests for clarification, attending bid related meetings, as well as preparing bid documents, appeals against decisions of the bid committee.
