Professional Experience

Anna Rita has general contractual, corporate and antitrust experience, and her areas of practice includes general advices in corporate, contractual, antitrust and infrastructure issues, representing the interests of local and international companies from various industries and sectors.

Anna Rita has also assisted Veirano’s clients in many merger, acquisitions and restructuring transactions, with expertise in due diligences, drafting sessions and negotiation of the respective agreements. In the infrastructure sector, Anna Rita is involved in the structuring of new investments, including in purchase and sale transactions, option and lease agreements, M&As, financing of ventures and service agreements.

Anna Rita is well versed in the analysis of potentially anticompetitive agreements, submission and approval of M&As before the Administrative Council of Economic Defense - CADE, anticompetitive practice proceedings and compliance programs.

Anna Rita’s was an international visiting attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP & Affiliates in New York, USA (2008/2009).
