Emília Malgueiro Campos has worked in the area of Corporate Law for 14 years, with a focus on Intellectual Property (consultative and litigation), anti-piracy programs and those designed to combat other unfair competition practices, border measures, Advertising Law and administrative process with the Brazilian Advertising Self-Regulation Board (CONAR).

Her work in the industry allowed her to gather extensive experience in the elaboration and negotiation of contracts in general, including those associated with the pharmaceutical area, such as partnerships, agreements with universities and financial agents, licensing and technology transfer, as well as the monitoring of the authorization processes for Access to Genetic Knowledge and Traditional Associated Knowledge with the Genetic Property Management Board (CGEN).
